Soak rice in enough water for about 20 minutes
Drain and cook it al dente with salt added.
Drain and keep aside after done.
In a pot, heat ghee and add cumin seeds.
Folliwed by the other ingredients one by one including the coriander leaves.
Saute all for a minute or two.
Now add the cooked rice and stir lightly taking care not to break the rice.
Serve it hot with pickle, raita and poppadums.
